Partners of Genoa Healthcare
Genoa Healthcare operates on a simple premise: On-site pharmacies provide better care for clients and the mental health
clinics that serve them. Genoa provides a full array of traditional and non-traditional on-site pharmacy services for community mental health centers
throughout the United States. Our rapid expansion is a testimony to the strength of our programs. No matter the size of your agency we
have a service model that will fit your needs.

Genoa is not your traditional retail pharmacy, we are a closed door pharmacy. This means that we are on-site to assist those clients that are serviced by our partner agencies. Even though we can fill all medications, we specialize in mental health, we understand the unique needs of your clients and the market.
Curious as to what one of our pharmacies may look like? Take a look at the any of the photos below.
Currently we operate 72 pharmacies across 24 states. Being on-site enables our pharmacy professionals to work closely with your prescribers and staff, providing your clients with the best possible care. On-site pharmacies can also support and compliment any primary healthcare initiatives within the agency. Our operating hours typically coincide with the agencies hours and staffing is based on prescription volume. An on-site pharmacy location gives clients the option to fill all their medications in the privacy of the clinic and gives staff members the peace of mind knowing the client's medication prescriptions were filled.

Client Care Coordinator
When space is not available or your client base is not large enough to support an on-site pharmacy we can provide an on-site Client Care Coordinator. A client care coordinator has online access to client pharmaceutical records and works with the central Genoa pharmacy in your area. All we need is space for a desk, access to power, and a phone/internet line. Services offered are slightly different yet, still a value added for your agency.
Central Fill
While not all operations are large enough to have an on-site pharmacy or a client care coordinator, we can now consolidate all client prescription records at one centralized pharmacy located near your facility.
This program is designed for smaller clinics, case managers, home health and nursing agencies, residential organizations, or stand alone community support programs, ACT or mobile treatment teams.
